Off-Site Catering:  Drexelbrook's high quality food and service is now available off premise. All menus and styles of presentation can be provided at an outside location in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.  We formed our Off-Site division back in 1998 when a very good client asked us to drop off food for 10 guests she was entertaining for the holidays.  In ten years time, we have grown to a dedicated staff, three trucks, service equipment catering in residences and locations in Pennsylvania, New Jersey (especially the Shore!) and Delaware.

Our Off-Site Catering Division is dedicated to creating a memorable affair for both you and your guests. We have large customized, refrigerated catering vehicles. We own most all of our equipment and a manager is dedicated to your event.

We provide all catering services to Saint Joseph's University Men's Basketball games played at the Palestra.
