READ MOREJust want to say WOW about the kindness, understanding nature, professionalism and response we received from Drexelbrook and specifically Kim. Due to covid, my fiancee and I had to change our wedding date in October 2020 to another date in 2021. Of course we were heartbroken, but immediately reached out to Kim when we made the decision to push it. Kim was super responsive, understanding and gave us space to discuss our feelings and sadness around this. She then jumped into action and gave us new dates for October 2021. We picked one, signed a new contract and it was set and done. I had heard horror stories from other brides saying their venue and caterer wouldn't allow the change, or they had to pay double to postpone and reschedule, but Drexelbrook did none of that. They were super understanding and did not charge us any of those extra fees. We were able to reserve a date using a small advance on the final payment due our wedding week. We were thrilled and shocked (since many friends did not have this experience with their venue) and of course so grateful. If anyone is looking to use Drexelbrook, I HIGHLY recommend. We cannot wait for our 2021 wedding at the Franklin Commons! side note* the food is incredible, we were able to do a tasting last year and were totally blown away, I can't wait to have that meal again in October 2021! READ MOREMy wife and I recently had Drexelbrook cater our makeshift backyard Wedding and we couldn't have enough great things to say about our experience with them! We originally had hired them for our Rehearsal Dinner but when we had to change our Wedding plan on the fly due to Covid, we reached out and asked if they could do the small backyard wedding instead. They could not have been more flexible and willing to work with us! Their food was amazing and all our guests couldn't stop raving about it. We highly recommend the beef tenderloin and penne pasta! It was such a pleasure to work with Kim, Bill and staff. They were all so friendly, helpful, and took the proper guidelines during the pandemic to make everyone feel safe and right at home all day! A staff member was assigned to get anything my bride and I needed the entire time which we loved. All in all, we had a 5 star experience from start to finish with Drexelbook and highly recommend them to anyone looking for an event catering! We will definitely be using them again in the future! We had to cancel our original wedding plans multiple times and the Drexelbrook came to our rescue! They were extremely accommodating and managed to plan our event within one month! Our reception was outside on their beautiful patio, with elegant high peak tents. Our guests were extremely comfortable and felt safe with all of the safety precautions. The tables were spaced out, there was plenty of dancing room for social distancing, and the staff and guests wore masks. It was a wonderful night. The Drexelbrook staff was phenomenal, the food was delicious, and the venue was gorgeous. We couldn't have been happier! READ LESS
